AbdelKarim Mats Cederberg is a multidisciplinary artist and craftsman from Mora, Sweden, he studied in Damascus, Uppsala, Bollnäs and London. He attained an MA in Islamic Arts at the Prince’s School of Traditional Arts, where he explored a wide range of art forms, including calligraphy, Islamic patterns, the alchemy of paint, and traditional miniature painting techniques. His work uniquely blends Islamic and Scandinavian art traditions. In addition to his artistic pursuits, he is a skilled woodworker, crafting everything from mihrabs and bowls to knives, bows and arrows.
